ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: North Korea's state-run television KRT on Sunday (July 28) released video of its leader Kim Jong-un watching a concert by the Unhasu Orchestra in Pyongyang to mark the 60th anniversary of the signing of an armistice with the south. KRT said the concert was held on Saturday (July 27). In the video, Kim was joined by some top officials, including his aunt Kim Kyong Hui and Cheo Ryong Hae, Kim's main military aide and the chief political operative of the North's 1.2-million-strong army. On July 27, 1953, the commanders of North Korea, China and the United States signed the armistice, setting up a 240-kilometer border across the peninsula that is the world's most heavily guarded frontier. North Korea routinely blames U.S. military presence in the South as the main reason for continued conflict on the Korean peninsula six decades on. Kim has made multiple public appearances in recent days, and on Saturday morning attended a huge military and civilian parade on Pyongyang's central square.
