July 30 - Twitter has posted a job opening for a financial reporting manager, signaling the company is making moves to go public - possibly before the end of the year.

The next big tech IPO could be right around the corner that the top of your Tuesday morning com. Twitter is making moves in preparation to go public possibly before the years and the company posted a job opening for financial reporting manager who would be responsible for filing the company's preliminary public debut plan. So what -- we get a FaceBook flop. That's social network is nearing its IPO price after reporting -- add numbers. But Twitter may use that debut as a model for what not to do. Or will we get it -- and hit shares are soaring over 115%. Since it went public. Just say it numerous reports including one from the Wall Street Journal say -- valuation has expanded to ten billion dollars. For those companies currently trading on the market want to watch is Pfizer which reported second quarter earnings slightly ahead of forecasts. The top US drug makers lining up a business split that could offload its generics division which represents 17%. Of total sales. Investors must be feeling -- this morning shares pointing up in the premarket. Sprint posting a wider quarterly loss than expected costs were shutting down its older Nextel network cutting into profits. The revenue grew lets customers spent more on wireless plans. Still shares are down in the premarket right now around the price and Softbank it took control of the company. Analysts are expecting sprint to be a much stronger competitor in the wireless game with the help of Softbank. Taking a look at futures they're roughly flat out but we do have some green arrows there actually the Fed starts its two day policy meeting today. Markets don't expect much in the way of news from the meeting. But it could be one of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke's last meetings before he moves line. On the economic front expect the case Shiller home price index to be weaker inmate but not -- to debt housing recovery underway.
