The latest deadly shooting in the U.S. happened in Ross Township, Pennsylvania.
A gunman opened fire at a public meeting on Monday.
At least three people were killed. Another three were wounded.
Police said a 59-year-old named Rockne Newell's been arrested.
(SOUNDBITE)(English) LT ROBERT BARTAL, PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE, SAYING:
"He's had an on-going dispute with township officials, something about the condemnation of his property and issues relating to his sewer. I'm not really sure if he personally knew the individuals who have been killed tonight or not."
Police said the gunman opened fire with a long gun, then went back to his car for a handgun.
Two people tackled him and held him until authorities arrived on the scene.
