A convicted Spanish pedophile was taken before a court on Tuesday, after being pardoned by Morocco's King Mohamed VI last week and then arrested in Spain on Monday. Daniel Galvan Vina, who was serving a 30-year sentence in Morocco and was among 48 jailed Spaniards pardoned in what Spain says was a mix-up, was arrested in the south-eastern city of Murcia. A judge is set to decide if Vina will go to prison in Spain after his pardon was revoked by Morocco.
