Aug. 17 - Egypt's security forces enter a mosque in Cairo where hundreds of Muslim Brotherhood supporters have been taking refuge since protests turned violent on Friday. Lily Grime reports.

TV AND WEB RESTRICTIONS~*NO ACCESS EGYPT* Gunfire as Egyptian military close in on a besieged mosque in central Cairo on Saturday. Muslim Brotherhood supporters took refuge inside Fateh mosque after violent clashes left scores dead nearby on Friday. Local media reported shots being fired from the mosque at security personnel outside the building. After a stand-off security forces entered the mosque. Some Brotherhood supporters appeared to be still on the premises. The Muslim Brotherhood has said it is committed to peaceful resistance to the army-backed government which toppled president Mohamed Mursi on July 3. But a Brotherhood spokesman said this week that anger was out of control because of a bloody security crackdown.
