A military judge sentences U.S. soldier Bradley Manning to 35 years in prison for the biggest leak of classified data in the country's history.
Manning was convicted last month on 20 charges, including espionage and theft, for giving hundreds of thousands of classified diplomatic cables to the pro-transparency website, WikiLeaks.
His supporters gathered outside the courtroom Fort Meade, Maryland, courtroom, where they vowed to continue fighting for him.
The 25-year-old will be eligible for parole after serving one-third of his sentence.
