PLEASE NOTE: THIS EDIT CONTAINS MATERIAL WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY 4:3 Fallen Chinese politician Bo Xilai arrives in a court in eastern China Thursday for the first day of the country's most politically charged trial in more than 30 years. Security for a trial is tight and will be closely watched as a test case of China's commitment to the rule of law. The 64 year old former Communist Party chief is charged with bribery, corruption and abuse of power. He is expected to be found guilty. Bo was charged with receiving more than $3.5 million dollars in bribes. The abuse of power charges relate to the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood - for which Bo's wife has already been convicted. Local media say a verdict in the trial is expected early next month. Bo faces the death penalty, although it's more likely he will be given a suspended death sentence, which effectively means life or 20 years in prison.
