Senators give recreational marijuana laws in Washington and Colorado a serious look after the Justice Dept. opted not to challenge the two states if they keep pot out of the hands of minors.

It goes totally into a freestanding store in either marijuana legally. So they know what they're gonna get -- know what the price is going to be they don't have to go to that criminal element. On the street corner. Federal agents and prosecutors has scares. Investigative. Resources. I really don't think they should be devoting. Them pursuing low level uses of marijuana. Were complying with the laws of their state. The president's advice you -- bigger -- for cultivation and trafficking. Sale and use of marijuana. And illegal under federal law. The Department of Justice expects that state and local governments that have enacted laws authorizing marijuana related conduct. Which will implement effective regulatory and enforcement systems to protect federal priorities. And the health and safety of every citizen. As the guidance explains.
