ROUGH CUT (NO NARRATION)
STORY: Set against the backdrop of a beach view, models showcased the new collection of Italian label Blugirl. The show took place on Thursday (September 19) the second day of Milan Fashion Week. 'Eternal summer' was the theme for the label's spring/summer look with designer Anna Molinari saying she drew inspiration from British actress Julie Christie in the film 'Darling'. Flowers featured heavily in the collection with embroidered floral motifs on dresses, bags, shoes and jewellery. Bright summer colours like yellow and aquamarine were paired with animal print and oversized accessories. Models strutted down the catwalk in mini-dresses made from raw silk and lace, and according to Blugirl the minidress is a 'must have' item for the season.
