SOUNDBITE: Unidentified person
"It is a little surreal showing up to work again after the incident."
As FBI agents continue to investigate the location where the shooting took place at Building 197, we're now learning Alexis' gun which, recovered at that building, had two cryptic phrases etched into it. They said "Better off this way" and "My ELF weapon."
Investigators are trying to figure out what those phrases mean.
This as U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is promising a thorough review of military security procedures.
SOUNDBITE: U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel saying:
"There are many questions that are going to be asked, need to be asked, many reviews and the intensity of those reviews have to go down to every aspect, the security of our physical premises, the security clearance, standards of that security clearance, are they strong enough, why do we do certain things the way we do, we need answers and we will find those answers."
