Residents in Nairobi Kenya are frustrated with the handling of a deadly hostage crisis that has moved into it's third day. At least 68 people are dead and an unknown unknown number of others are still being held by al Qaeda-linked militants inside the upscale Westgate shopping centers. (SOUNDBITE)(English) NAIROBI RESIDENT (NO NAME) SAYING: "It's taking them too much time, they were supposed to handle this thing in like 6 hours and then, they were supposed to finish everything. But today is the third day and nothing, so I don't think they are working on the situation." The crisis began on Saturday when a group of militants stormed the mall hurling grenades and firing automatic weapons. Australian born Heidi Edwards was inside the mall at the time and described how she escaped. (SOUNDBITE)(English) HEIDI EDWARDS, EYEWITNESS SAYING: "Then I decided to try the staff door, there was like a staff only door, and luckily that was unlocked so we got like a few, quite a few people through there, closed that and just ran." A military spokesperson said Sunday that most of the hostages had been freed, but gave no idication of the fate of those still being held.
