SOUNDBITE: Spokesman for The National Disaster Management Authority, Brigadier Mirza Kamran Zia saying: "Its extraordinary in the sense that it doesn't happen very often." Pakistan's earthquake, with its magnitude 7.7 tremors apparently forced the sea bed to rise up --- creating this ---- in the Arabian Sea, just 600 meters from Pakistan's coast --- astonishing locals (still of locals looking at it) Mirza Kamran Zia of the National Disaster Management Authority says this has happened here before, but not since the 1940s. Scientists were quick to examine the island's rocky terrain. SOUNDBITE:Spokesman for The National Disaster Management Authority, Brigadier Mirza Kamran Zia saying: "They are trying to take samples but so far its emitting methane.
