Virginia group raises Confederate flag near highway, prompting online petition

Sep. 28 - A group calling themselves the Virginia Flaggers raised a Confederate flag on private property near Richmond, promoting an online petition against the flag. Mana Rabiee reports.

They're called the Virginia Flaggers.
And they raised the Confederate battle flag on private property off of I-95 just south of Richmond.
The group says they did it to welcome commuters to the state capitol.
And to remind visitors of Virginia's Confederate heritage.
But others are rallying against the flag.
More than 23,000 people have signed an online petition to "Say 'NO' to the I-95 Confederate Flag."
