DISPLAY (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Democrats and Republicans in the U.S. Congress continue to blame each other for the current battle over funding and the ensuing government shutdown. Republican Congressman Roger Williams said the shutdown was the fault of Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid. In the Senate, Democrats fired back with Senator Chuck Schumer saying that Republicans were taking excessive liberties with the truth.
