Chemical experts in Syria are making progress. New footage from Syria TV shows teams preparing a weapons facility for dismantling. The visits are part of the ongoing efforts to destroy Syria's entire chemical weapons arsenal. So far the international community has praised Syria for the initiative due to last until mid-2014. In Indonesia, Syria ally Russian President Vladimir Putin says he believes the experts will be able to accomplish that goal. (SOUNDBITE) (Russian) RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN, SAYING: "It's not us who set the timeline. The timeline is set by experts from the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. And we trust these people. Russians, Americans, the whole international community trusts these experts. These specialists have earned the trust of the whole world. If they say that it is possible to do it in one year, then that's what it is." The opposition, though, says the world is only giving Syrian President Bashar al-Assad time to kill more people with conventional weapons.
