Oct. 16 - A kangaroo was cornered and taken away by wildlife officers after it hopped into a pharmacy at Melbourne's domestic airport. Sarah Toms reports.

A shop on the second level of Melbourne's domestic Airport had a rather unusual visitor.
A passing kangaroo hopped into this pharmacy to the surprise of shoppers.
The shop was locked down, while wildlife volunteers cornered the distressed animal.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) WILDLIFE VICTORIA, VOLUNTEER OFFICER, ELLA ROUNTREE SAYING:
"He has got injuries to his feet at the moment, his claws are quite worn, that's from hopping down the tarmac, things like that."
After careful coaxing, the kangaroo was caught and sedated. It was placed in a bag and taken to a veterinarian for closer examiniation.
