ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Newark Mayor Cory Booker is heading to Washington. The charismatic Democrat won the state's vacant U.S. Senate seat in a special election. He replaces the late Senator Frank Lautenberg. Booker defeated conservative Republican Steve Lonegan, a former small town mayor.
