Shocked Christians gather at the Coptic church where gunmen opened fire on guests at a wedding in the Egyptian capital. At least three people were killed as the masked gunmen on a motorcycle appeared to fire randomly. Some reports say one of the victims was an eight-year-old child. (SOUNDBITE)(Arabic) IBRAHIM RAMZI, WHO WAS AT THE CHURCH DURING THE ATTACK, SAYING: "I ran like a lunatic, hysterically, and when I arrived I found a woman seated in a chair who had many bullet wounds and blood coming out from everywhere. It was a very difficult sight. Many other people had fallen around her, among them a child who had been shot in his leg and shoulder." The priest at the Church of the Virgin Mary in Cairo said there was no security because local Christians and Muslims had co-existed peacefully. Egypt has seen its worst attacks on churches and Christian properties for years since the army overthrew the elected Islamist president in July. The immediate trigger was a violent crackdown on two Islamist protest camps set up to demand his reinstatement, ending in the deaths of hundreds of his supporters.
