Oct. 24 - Two National Guard soldiers were injured and a suspect apprehended after a shooting on Navy property leased to the National Guard. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).

The U.S. Navy said two National Guard soldiers were injured in a shooting at one of its facilities in Millington, Tennessee, and a suspect was apprehended.
"We had an active shooter at the National Guard Armory here in Millington. We had two victims that were shot were transported to the Regional Medical Center in Memphis with gunshot wounds. the shooter has been detained by the Millington Police Department. He is in custody at this time," Millington, Tennessee Fire Chief Gary Graves said.
The shooting occurred at a U.S. Navy property which is leased to the National Guard where it manages personnel records, said Patrick Foughty, a spokesman for Navy Installations Command.
The soldiers' injuries were not life-threatening, the Navy said.
The facility, which is 17 miles north of Memphis, Tennessee, was temporarily put on lock-down but that was later lifted.
