Princeton has confirmed an eighth case of meningitis at the University. School officials say a female student is being treated for the potentially fatal infection that causes swelling in the brain and spinal cord. It's the latest in a string of cases since March that have infected six other students and one campus visitor. Health officials are conducting tests to figure out if the latest case was caused by the same strain that infected the other students. In response to the outbreak, the university will begin offering a vaccine next month that has been approved in Europe, but not in the U.S.
