ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)
Republicans say it's time to scrap President Barack Obama's botched healthcare law and start over.
In the GOP's weekly address, Rep. Michael Burgess, who is also a doctor, pointed to a number of issues with the Affordable Care Act.
He says the broken website, cancellation letters, and high premiums are all reasons the law needs to be scrapped.
"The best thing we can do now is scrap it and start over with a step by step approach that focuses on lower costs and patient centered solutions. For now though we will continue to ask the tough questions, hold the President accountable for his broken promises on this self-inflicted disaster," said Burgess.
