Dec. 3 - Obama Administration to start new push to sell the Affordable Care Act following major website overhaul. Linda So reports.

President Obama is hoping for a redo with his Affordable Care Act. The Administration begins a new push to encourage people to sign up using the new and improved website. underwent a major overhaul after its rocky rollout in October. The White House had promised the improved site could handle 50,000 users at the same time. But on Monday, as the site reached about 35,000 users, it began to slow down. SOUNDBITE: APPLICANT JUNE MILES-MAYS, SAYING: "It's very frustrating to me because I need insurance so badly and it seems like something in the system, or something is not working." A new queuing system kicked in, forcing thousands to wait before they could finish the process. The White House says the new system worked the way it's supposed to. SOUNDBITE: WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY JAY CARNEY, SAYING: "That is why we built that queuing system, so that we would improve the experience of users who visited the site, over what they experienced back in October." It's unclear if the revamped website will be able to handle peak demand as the December 23rd deadline approaches for people to sign up for coverage that begins on January 1st.
