ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Bill de Blasio was formally inaugurated Wednesday at City Hall, making him the 109th Mayor of New York City. Former U.S. President Bill Clinton administered the oath of office using a Bible once owned by Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Mayor Michael Bloomberg, whose policies have been credited with making the city safer, greener and more livable, is leaving City Hall after 12 years.
