ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Barack Obama played a round of golf on Thursday with New Zealand Prime Minister John Key during one of the last days of his Hawaii vacation. Cameras followed Obama on the second hole where he finished putting from just off the green. When the shot left his ball well short of the flag, Obama said, "I guess I should have chipped it after all." The president's second putt rolled close to the hole, and he opted for a gimme shot rather than putting a third time. The golf foursome included Key's teenaged son and White House aide Marvin Nicholson. Obama returns to the White House with the First Family on January 5.
