JetBlue says it is set to resume operations Tuesday morning after shutting down Monday for about 17 hours. The airlines says it hopes to be 100% operational by 3PM Eastern. The airline blamed a combination of weather and new pilot fatigue rules for its decision Monday to ground all of its planes coming in and out of New York and Boston. Hundreds of passengers on 526 flights were affected. (SOUNDBITE) UNIDENTIFIED TRAVELER SAYING: "Yeah I'm pretty upset but it doesn't do any good to get angry because there are so many in the same boat." Customers are being told to check the flight status online and to make sure their contact information is in JetBlue's record so they can be updated with flight information. Some are frustrated because they say they new flights aren't available for nearly a week. But others say - this is to be expected in the winter. (SOUNDBITE) UNIDENTIFIED TRAVELER SAYING: "This happens. It's weather. It's not a perfect world."
