U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama wowed everyone in this ruby-colored chiffon gown during last year's inaugural ball.
It was custom made by U.S. designer Jason Wu for whom it was a huge success and the second straight inauguration gown for the designer.
And now, the dress can be admired in person at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington D.C., together with her shoes by the London-based designer Jimmy Choo.
The gown and shoes were loaned from the White House to mark the 100th anniversary of the museum's "First Ladies" exhibit and temporarily replaces her white inaugural gown that she wore in 2009.
The museum will display the red gown through January 2015.
