Two students shot at Philadelphia high school

Jan. 17 - Authorities are saying two students were shot and wounded at a shooting in a Philadelphia charter high school. Gavino Garay reports.

Two fifteen year-old students are injured after being shot at Delaware Valley Charter High School in northern Philadelphia. The incident happened at around 3:30pm eastern time. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey: (SOUNDBITE) PHILADELPHIA POLICE COMMISSIONER CHARLES RAMSEY: "We had a discharge of a firearm inside the school. Two student were shot, one male, one female, both in the arm, both at Einstein. I'm told they're non-life threatening injuries. The individual that we believe fired the weapon is a student... we do have him in custody, but he did not have a firearm on him at the time." The incident was reportedly captured on surveillance video. There is no indication whether the weapon was discharged intentionally, or by accident.
