ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)
There were reports of shots fired Wednesday at the University of Oklahoma in Norman - triggering a campus-wide lockdown. But officials later said they found no evidence to support a shooting nor did they find any sign of injuries related to a shooting.
But reports did trigger a campus wide lockdown and dozens of emergency vehicles were on the campus.
The incident came just a day after a man was shot to death at Indiana's Purdue University and amid heightened concerns over a rash of shootings at U.S. schools in recent weeks.
The University of Oklahoma, founded in 1890, has an enrollment of roughly 30,000 students.
