A lot of shapes are sculpted from ice, but they're seldom fully functional musical instruments. Except if they're part of Norway's Ice Music Festival, which celebrates earth's most precious resource, water. The frosty fest has been held in the mountain town of Geilo for the past nine years. And this time it featured the very first ice horn section and a move to the town center, says ice sculptor Bill Covitz. SOUNDBITE: Bill Covitz, ice sculptor, saying (English): "I heard so much positive feedback from everybody. Having it down the center, this was our first year to have it downtown and I think it went quite well." And it's not just the musicians who shivered - audience members also got chills.
