The violin, made in 1715 by Italian master, Antonio Stradivari, was stolen in January.
It was recovered by Milwaukee police who arrested the alleged robbers.
The rare instrument, worth around $5 million U.S. dollars, is on indefinite loan to Almond from a private owner.
