That -- thanks for joining us here now a lot of excited about Luke's a few different models here. You know how to replace university maybe explain for us quickly what is really about him a slower than not we're looking though. Not markers of people who need education currently don't have access to -- whether it's continue educational professionals like me you need. Where the people developing world for whom capacity constraints make it impossible for -- attack them. How many of those people you know the -- -- the emerging market how many of those are participating courses. About 40% of our students are emerging markets over six. OK you have a ton of people signing up not -- -- -- -- completing -- -- how to get -- completion rates. I think. It's important first realized that most of the people's I have had no intent to actually take that we're still obviously doesn't get a credential again is only about the small. Factional -- and of the people who three weeks or so into the course. The clearest -- intent -- completed complete answer in the sixty prisons and if they first put aluminum skin feeling and -- sign -- for verified credential program. When you're talking -- tonight. So that's your business model it's paper paper validation zone and when they get visiting credential they get -- when we go to player. That's a -- -- -- compose an Arlington profiler and other places -- presented an employer and if your employer who is considering some tendency to love their degree maybe fifteen years ago but one of them has the credentials from a bunch of courses from top schools we treat more likely intricate. Right okay so. Windham get to the point though and for example I'm -- is of course is maybe 25 I go to Goldman Sachs -- trying to get them regularly kids is that gonna happen. Would only -- course isn't about a degree. I don't know the and the company ecosystem walls and I think there's a lot of decent for the kind of face to face residential experience that one gets a four year college education -- really not looking to associate. Right it's early days for the technology -- all the concept how have you are you with the implementation. I think that we're pretty happy with how things are going so far the same time recognizing that we're in the very early days of understanding what online education can be. The early days of film. We'll work camera that -- the stage production hands peoples of lawlessness that -- -- production were probably right. But I think that -- overtime movies to be completely different medium and I expect. Hopefully you're not a stage production and yeah I do wanna ask. What you know what's the one thing you do want to fix -- attention waiting for it to really take the next level. I think that. Play that's the plan. There's so many things that we let them for we like to improve the fisheries management to improve access to the developing world and so we have big Obama initiative and internationalization. Of this thing that's this -- until you were up on that not. We'll moves democratize education for the emerging markets. We hope so we think the answer is yes. Thanks so much that to us.
