We've been trying through our own policies. To. -- standing in content to heat jobs as Janet Yellen moves into her well as new fed chair will be taking a very close look. And her inner circle who and most influential people to watch as we try to gauge. How she'll manage this transition at the Central Bank out of quantitative easing. And still trying to get the economy that kind of support that it means. The first official will want to take a look at -- Williams got. He is the president of the New York fed that's traditionally the most important of the twelve regional fed. Thanks obviously he's known yelling for many years. But it. In his position he is also nice air of the affluence it policy setting panel. He has known as that's fairly -- ending that is on. I think focus on not bringing down unemployment he also plans or Bernanke has done. Many of the behind the scenes kind of briefings I'm preparing him for his press conferences for instance. So he would presumably have some level with gallon. And we'll get a good flavor of where she's going by looking at his speeches. Another person who will be in Janet Yellen inner circle will be Stanley -- he has been nominated to the post of vice chairman. I'm he was the farmer. I'm chief of the Bank of Israel has had a lot of other international. Policy making experience and is very close to -- in fact we understand that she wanted him in that position. Two via a sounding board for her to give her some ideas -- -- is probably more on the damage send this back end. With a very strong focus on getting the world's biggest economy back on stronger footing. Another fed officials who will be quite important to watch as mean try to understand. Who really reflects illness is this. Actually win out here in San Francisco John Williams he is the chief of -- and and and he was gallons right hand me as her research director when she. -- -- San Francisco and he is a centrist possibly more so than. Gallon is usually on but. People often look at his speeches as giving a sense of where -- might go. He was very much an an advisor to her when -- way in San Francisco and we'll continue to play this kind of a role for her plan. She is running at you can't just keep -- member again you know it.
