A Norfolk Southern Corporation train carrying crude oil derails in western Pennsylvania.
There have been no reports of injuries, and no fire. A snowstorm was hitting the region.
Local reports say 21 cars slipped off the tracks.
The train was traveling from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia.
A string of train derailments, some which have proved to be deadly, has prompted calls for stricter rules on the shipment of crude oil by rail.
