ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Massachusetts is gearing up for another significant snow storm. Governor Deval Patrick says the eastern part of the state is expecting heavy snow Saturday afternoon into Sunday morning. Forecasts are predicting 3 to 4 inches of snow to fall an hour during the height of the storm. "Under these conditions, it really isn't possible for us to keep the roads clear and safe given the rate of snowfall, so we are asking people to stay off the roads from 5 o'clock this afternoon until 5 o'clock tomorrow morning," said Patrick. He also said power outages are likely from the storm.
