ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Obama is calling on Congress to raise the minimum wage for all American workers. In his weekly address, he talked about his executive action to lift the minimum wage for federal contractors to $10.10 an hour. He urged lawmakers to do the same for all workers saying, "while those at the top are doing better than ever, average wages have barely budged. Too many Americans are working harder than ever just to get by, let alone get ahead. And that's been true since long before the recession hit." Obama says lawmakers should pass a bill making its way through Congress that would lift the minimum wage for all workers to $10.10 an hour.
