President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden delivered remarks at the National Governors Association at the White House on Monday. Obama used the occasion to highlight top priorities on his agenda this year. The president says he's focused on creating more jobs with better wages, and improving education for all children. Obama says he's looking forward to working with the nation's governors to move his initiatives forward at a time when Congress may not be willing to act. "I am absolutely convinced that the time is right to partner with the states and governors from all across the country on these agendas because I know you're doing some terrific work in your own states," said Obama.
