In Pennsylvania, road crews prepare to salt the roads as the East Coast braces for more snow. State officials say they've already gone through nearly a million tons of salt this season and they're scrambling to replenish their supplies. SOUNDBITE: IAN LEONARD:SAYING: "We got a delivery of salt last week and all our salt barns are half full. It's not perfect, but we're ready to handle this storm and any other storm that comes along." Shortages have been reported all along the East Coast after a series of winter storms. The heavy snowfall is also prompting flooding concerns. are plummeting and are expected to drop into the teens in New York on Wednesday. Chicago is already in the single digits.
