ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: A group of mainly women in Simferepol were attacked by pro-Russian protesters outside a Ukrainian army base in the CRimean capital Simferepol on Wednesday. The women, who were calling for peace and dialogue over the days old crisis were attacked by several men who tore down their hand-written posters from them and tried to chase them from the scene. Local media said the men had arrived earlier in the morning. Crimea is under control of Russian forces who seized it last week, although Moscow says "self defense" units of men in uniform without insignia are not under its command.
