SWAT teams responded to a standoff at an FBI office in San Diego on Sunday. A suspect jumped a security gate around 11:30 a.m. local time and demanded to speak with a federal agent. He made his way to a parking structure and climbed the roof of a building, threatening to jump. That's when he called a local newsroom from the roof to ask for camera crews. SOUNDBITE: (OFF CAMERA) SUSPECT SAYING: "I came down here to come talk to a federal agent and they won't let me talk, the security guard tried to stop me, tried to get me out front to get the cops to try to talk to me, would not get me a federal agent, would not call nobody, nothing!" The stand off ended after six hours with the suspect in custody. He was later identified as 36-year-old William Durant. His motive remains unclear.
