An Israeli air strike kills three Palestinian militants in Gaza Tuesday.
The Israeli military says its aircraft targeted Islamic Jihad members who had fired a mortar bomb at its forces, and "direct hits were confirmed".
Hundreds of Palestinians marched in the funeral procession.
Hours after the Israeli air strike, a blast in an apartment killed three other Gaza militants.
The cause of the explosion is not clear. But Hamas says it could have been "an internal" incident, suggesting explosives that were in the house had detonated.
The Israeli military said its forces were not involved in the blast.
Israel pulled its troops and settlers out of Gaza in 2005, but still maintains tight control of many of the territory's border crossings.
