ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Models hit the catwalk to show off the latest in lingerie and outerwear at the 40th Argentina Fashion Week (BAAM). Opening the show, was the "Poupee de cire," or "Desired doll" collection by designer Veronica de la Canal. The sexy collection features creme-colored lingerie with hand-embroidered lace corsets, rhinestones and thigh-high stockings. Following the luxurious lingerie, models donned looks from designer Adriana Consantini's "Emotions" collection. Constantini's designs included attire for a variety of occasions and were dedicated to the Argentine woman. Looks for fall featured pops of color, fitted pants and dresses and loose skirts. Designer Benito Fernandez also showed his creations for fall, which centered on floor-length evening dresses. The styles ranged from flowy colorful prints to black dresses with transparent tulle adorned with shimmery fringe. More than 20 collections from national and international designers will be featured throughout the week.
