March 17 - Chris Brown has been ordered to remain in jail without bail for allegedly violating his probation stemming from his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.

A day of reckoning for Chris Brown. On Monday a Los Angeles judge orders him to stay in jail at least until his April 23 probation violation hearing, related to his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. He was arrested last Friday when he was dismissed from a rehabilitation facility, triggering a violation of the singer's court-ordered treatment. Brown had been in the Malibu, California, rehabilitation center for anger management, where he was sentenced to a 90-day program. He was dismissed from the program for violating four in-house rules, including inappropriately touching a female client on the elbow. Los Angeles Superiro Court Judge James Brandlin explains his reasoning. (SOUNDBITE) (English) LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE JAMES BRANDLIN SAYING: "I am particularly troubled by the fact that in addition to the noncompliance with their local regulations that there was a statement that was allegedly made by the defendant during the "morning reflections" where, when reading the card, Mr. Brown chose to add his own words to the card stating, 'I am good at using guns and knives.' Brown also faces a misdemeanor assault charge in Washington, D.C.,
