Arnold Schwarzenegger looked every bit the action hero star as he confidently hit the red carpet on Wednesday (March 19) in Los Angeles for the premiere of his new action drama, "Sabotage." In the film, the 66-year-old actor, former bodybuilder and former Governor of California takes on the role of John "Breacher" Walton, a DEA agent whose task force is under attack from a drug cartel they robbed from. Schwarzenegger explains that it was the characters dark side that attracted him to the role. SOUNDBITE Arnold Schwarzenegger saying (English): "That is what the critics say and that is what the people say that have seen the movie that, 'Wow, I have never seen that side of you..' I think is that what attracted me to the movie in the first place is that it was a much deeper character and it was a hero, a very tough guy that was flawed." Schwarzenegger, who helped write the blueprint for building a career as an action hero star in the 80's and 90's with such films as "The Terminator" and "True Lies," told Reuters that he had no problem with the physical challenge of the role. SOUNDBITE Arnold Schwarzenegger saying (English): "You know, when you stay in shape, I work out everyday, so it doesn't matter.' I'm not thinking I am 66 versus I am 35. I work out everyday and I don't think about it, when I go to sleep I don't think about it, when I get up I don't think about. When I eat I don't think about it. No matter what I do, I don't think about it, 'Oh, this must be different because I am older." Directed by David Ayer, best known for his work in "End of Watch" and "Training Day" the film also stars Sam Worthington and Olivia Williams. "Sabotage" opens on March 28.
