SOUNDBITE: Anna Kogan, co-owner of Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium, saying (English): "The idea is that you can come, have a peaceful lunch, high tea and be surrounded by cats. Occasionally you'll catch them in a very wild mood and if you're lucky one of them will fall asleep on your lap." The café has 11 cats and Kogan says they're not hard to find. SOUNDBITE: Anna Kogan, co-owner of Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium, saying (English): "We didn't really have to look for cats because unfortunately in UK and most countries there is plenty of unwanted animals and all these cats would have ended up in shelters." Britons share more than 3.8 million online photos and videos of cats every day. And even though customers are wild about these animals, sometimes the cats just want to chill.
