RESENDING SCRIPT WITH SPELLING OF 'UNPRECEDENTED' CORRECTED IN INTRO LINE Guinea's capital, Conakry, is getting a clean-up in the fight to contain an Ebola outbreak that's killed dozens. Figures released on Tuesday said there were 78 deaths among 122 suspected cases since January. The Medecins Sans Frontieres charity says Guinea faces an outbreak of the disease on an unprecedented scale. Conakry's residents are worried. (SOUNDBITE)(Soussou) MAIMOUNA SYLLA, CONAKRY RESIDENT, SAYING: "I'm buying bleach because we heard that a disease has come into Guinea. So if we don't use bleach it's not good for us. Everybody must use bleach in the house, for the toilets, to clean up in general." Ebola is one of the world's most lethal infectious diseases. The World Health Organisation is warning it's a tough bug to contain. (SOUNDBITE) (English) GREGORY HARTL, WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION SPOKESMAN, SAYING: "In cases of Ebola outbreaks one of the most difficult things to do is to have proper infection control practices in place so that people don't get infected in hospitals. It's very difficult and it's one of the priorities for us. The other priority is to trace all the possible contacts of the known cases to ensure that we know who they are and see if they develop symptoms or not." Cases of Ebola, previously limited to remote areas, were confirmed in Conakry last week. There are also confirmed cases in neighbouring Liberia and suspected ones in Sierra Leone.
