New British horror movie "The Quiet Ones" had its world premiere in London on Tuesday April 1st with its stars Sam Claflin and Jared Harris walking the carpet.
Claflin shot this movie in the summer of 2012 and on the day that it finished shooting, he got the news he'd landed a lead role in 'The Hunger Games' franchise.
SOUNDBITE, Sam Claflin,actor, saying (English):
"I went silent after my agents told me and everyone was like 'Oh God it's bad news' but I was just like so shocked and such surprise, yes it was a good day"
Made by Hammer Films, the legendary horror production comany, The Quiet Ones tells the story of a creepy professor played by Harris who wants to test the theory that paranormal activity is caused by negative human energy.
He uses a young girl Jane Harper to test the idea but, of course, not all goes to plan.
Despite shooting intense scenes, Mad Men star Harris said the atmosphere on set was far from serious.
SOUNDBITE, Jared Harris, actor, saying (English):
"Even though it's a horror movie and we'd all be screaming and yelling and running around pretending to shit ourselves you know when they said cut you'd fall about laughing at the expressions and the things each other had to do in the scenes so it was good fun."
"The Quiet Ones" hits movie screens in the UK on April 10th
