Her husband survived.

(SOUNDBITE)(English) SON OF LINDA MCPHERSON (NAME NOT GIVEN), SAYING:
"Growing up I can't remember a single time where she ever lost her temper. There were times when she was disappointed with our behaviour and there were times she would make that known with a wooden spoon which was always deserved. But in the 40 years I've been alive I've never seen my parents fight which I thought that was normal growing up. Now as an adult, I know how unusual and special that was."
McPherson's funeral on Saturday was due to be followed by another four on Sunday.
