A taxi cab crashed into the Inter-American Development Bank's mail room in Washington, D.C., on Monday. Two people were taken away by ambulance. James Muwonge says he was a courier who used to deliver to that very mail room. He says employees there are lucky. (SOUNDBITE) (English) JAMES MUWONGE (PRONOUNCED MOO-WAHN-GEH), FORMER CURRIER WHO SERVICED THE IDB MAIL ROOM SAYING: "If the car had driven to the place next to it, that's where all the mail room is, that's where the desk is, it probably would have hurt a lot of people. They're probably lucky because that's the storage room there, you know, so crazy. Wow." Two other vehicles appeared to have been involved in the incident, but the drivers of the vehicles had no comment. People stood outside taking photographs of the accident, including those who worked inside, who said they didn't even hear the crash. No official word on what may have caused the incident.
