Helicopter crashes on New Mexico hospital roof, pilot injured

April 10 - A medevac helicopter crashed moments after takeoff the from the roof of the University of New Mexico Children's Hospital in Albuquerque. Deborah Gembara reports.

Firefighters on the scene after a helicopter crash on the roof a New Mexico Hospital.
The medevac was attempting to takeoff when it slammed into concrete. Three people were on board. The pilot, the only one injured, is reportedly in stable condition.
Right before the crash, the helicopter had been used to drop of a patient.
Eyewitnesses say the helicopter appeared 'wobbly" in the air.
The Federal Aviation Authority is investigating.
