Relief comes to Aleppo.
The UN and Syrian Arab Red Crescent begin delivering much needed supplies into a besieged part of Aleppo earlier this week.
The deliveries follow a pact between opposing sides in the battle to control the country.
Residents trapped in opposition-held areas have faced acute shortages of food, water, medicine and basic supplies. Its the first time since last June that that UNHCR has been able to deliver to the area.
The pre-arranged ceasefire lasted four hours.
